Adopt-A-Granny
Have your very own Balinese Grandma or Grandpa! By sponsoring an individual resident at Taman Senja Wangi, you are looking after a specific person, and the fee covers all expenses; food, shelter, medical expenses, the lot. Just like with other sponsorships, you will get photographs and letters from your Granny (or Grandpa!) and we encourage you to write to him or her, too, so that your Adoptee can get to know you and your family and your culture, too, of course. And we obviously hope that, if you live in Bali, or visit the island sometimes, you visit your new Granny and get to know her in person.
The yearly cost of the adopt-a-granny scheme is US$1000.00

Your Time And Skills
Are you a doctor, a nurse, a plumber, electrician, etc, or have other specific, practical skills that you think may be useful to Taman Senja Wangi? If so, we are very grateful for practical volunteers who don't mind a bit of hard work and have at least a full day to spare. Just send us an e-mail and let me know what your skills are and when you can come.
We are sadly not able to accommodate those who wish to impose their religious, philosophical or political beliefs on others, and ask you to respect the Balinese traditions and culture when you visit. Thank you.
